The Luck Shop Team is closely monitoring the current situation involving coronavirus (COVID-19). The health, safety, and well-being of our customers and our staff are the top priorities of our company. We are still accepting orders with very limited staff working remotely to help fulfill orders and answer your questions. Your orders may be delayed 7-10 business days (weekends not included) due to the “Shelter in Place” Order mandated in Illinois. International Orders may take 10 – 15 business days to process. We have been employing all best practices provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) including hand washing and disinfecting surfaces.
We feel that it’s our civic duty and in everyone’s best interest to follow the guidelines of the CDC and of our federal, state, and local government. We have been instructed to severely limit our business operations. We will update this notice and inform our customers and followers when we are able to fully reopen. It’s important during this time that everyone employ social distancing and take safe precautions to limit the spread of the virus.
You may continue to shop on our website, and we’ll speedily work to fulfill your order when we are able to do so. We know how important getting your items is to you. However, please know that orders will be delayed in shipment due to the increased demand in shipping, potential staff shortages and our temporary shutdown due to the State of Illinois’ mandate. We will be processing all orders on a slower basis. You may still mail in your orders or questions to PO Box 718, Glenview IL 60025 or email us any questions or concerns you have to info@luckshop.com. Those customers that are placing orders, will be our first priority.
We, (like all of us) have no idea how long any work stoppage or business interruption may last. Rest assured, that we will be constantly striving to process your orders during this uncertain business environment, until we are forced to completely shut down. We will be shipping orders in the order they are received on a first come, first serve basis. We will continue to keep you posted online, as developments occur.
